My name is Clay Fallis, I am the owner of ProCare. Prior to opening this facility, I had the opportunity to travel the country as a Factory representative for different automotive paint manufactures. I did that for over 15 years. Selling all types of automotive paint, training and consulting to Paint and body shops just like mine. If I had to guess; I have visited and/or serviced over 300 repair facilities all over the United States, Canada, and Europe, from small independent body shops to the large consolidated facilities. Each time I visited a different shop there was something that I was able to take with me and learn from the visit. Since the creation of this company I have learned and experienced a lot. I am a perfectionist and I learned that a company is a direct reflection of the founder, and his/her beliefs. I have seen and heard about many dishonest Body shop owners and I have seen several come and go. I have learned that you must hire the right employees and treat them the way you would want to be treated. But the most important lesson to a long and successful business is to be honest and true to your customer. Because at the end of the day your customers simply want a good product, friendly service and a hassle free experience. With ProCare Automotive and Collision, this is what I strive for. We are in this for the long term, so if you are looking for a reliable place to Repair your Vehicle, we would be happy to do business with you.
