Clay and Jack Complete Safekids Certification Course.

Clay Fallis and Jack Ivey of ProCare Collision have successfully completed the National Safekids Campaign Training Program and are now Texas State Certified Child Car Seat Technicians. They are recognized by the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) as certified in the State of Texas. This four day class was very intensive and rewarding. Both the Fairdale Dr. and Military Dr. locations can now assist customers in learning the proper way to install a child car seat in their car or truck. ProCare can check to see if your seat has been added to the state recall list and verify the seat is the proper seat for your child. This will come in handy when one of our customers needs to transfer a car seat from their car to a rental car.  ProCare will be holding clinics in the near future and invite everyone to call and make an appointment to stop buy and have your car seat checked. ProCare cares about the safety of you and your children.

It's Open and It's Grand!!!

April 2004

At 11:30 am on Friday April 30th 2004, Clay Fallis and 2003 Benevolence Program car recipient Frank Ortiz cut the Red, White and Blue ribbon and made it official. The new ProCare Collision Center at 6430 Fairdale Dr. was open for business. This beautiful 19900 sq. ft. shop was ready for a day of celebration and fanfare. We were joined by several of our vendors and suppliers who pitched in to make the days events a huge success.

Clay and Yolanda Fallis were like proud parents as they proceeded to "Show Off", their new baby. The latest in frame and paint equipment was on display as well as the newest in web technology which allows customers and insurance companies to view car while being repaired at the shop. The "Autowatch" program is exclusive to ProCare Collision Center in the San Antonio area. Just log on and basically watch your car as it goes through the repair process.

Our newest location offers the same great service and quality you have experienced with our Southside location. Each and every collision repair comes with a Lifetime Warranty and the assurance that ProCare and their employees want you to be totally satisfied with all aspects of our company. 

Deferred Deductible Program in place at ProCare

November 2003

ProCare is proud to announce the implementation of their Deferred Deductible Program. This program allows their customers to pay off those high deductibles over a period of 45 days, with no interest or finance charges. "We want to make it easier for people to have their cars repaired. I could not afford to pay $1000.00 out of my pocket right now if I had an accident." says General Manager Jack Ivey. "This will allow our customers up to three paychecks to pay their deductible." He added. So if the cost of your deductible is a problem, contact ProCare for details on how this special program works. 

Old News but Good News

December 2003

 On Wednesday December 10th 2003, ProCare Collision as part of the Akzo Nobel Acoat Selected National Benevolence program presented Frank Ortiz with a new car filled with Christmas gifts for his two small children.  The car was presented live on the television show “Great Day S.A.” with Lu Parker. Frank’s wife Tracy was murdered early in the month of November in a drive by shooting.  The wrong house was targeted and Tracy was hit by a bullet while watching T.V. in the living room of their Southside home with her family.  In the process, the family car was hit by gunfire as well and confiscated by the San Antonio Police as evidence. This left Frank with no transportation to take his two children to school or get himself to work.  With the help of some local vendors, ProCare provided him with the much-needed transportation and hopefully helped bring a little joy and happiness to his family during the holiday season.  Along with the car, Frank was also provided with Six Months Auto Insurance, two hundred and fifty dollars in gas, and more wrapped Christmas gifts for his two small children than you can count. All in all, the experience was one of total joy and just goes to prove that San Antonians will go the extra mile when one of their own is in need.

Jack and Daniel join ProCare

August 2002

Jack Ivey and Daniel Luna join the staff at ProCare Collision Center Southside. Jack and Daniel bring with them a total of 41 years of combined experience in the automotive collision field. Jack began his career in the detail department of Lone Star Body and Paint. Daniel began his career in the parts department of Slim's Paint and Body.
